Ford Ranger: With a new look and advanced technologies (video)
The new generation Ford Ranger is already in the Greek market, having as target the top category of pickup.
The applicant can choose between three body styles, Regular Cab, Super Cab and Double Cab. One of the advantages of the new Ranger is crossing water capacity of up to 80 cm, the distance from the ground to reach the 23 cm, while thanks to the large approach angles (28 degrees) and departure (25 degrees), can go virtually everywhere. Also, the new Ranger has a new range of diesel engines, which comprises 2.2 liter TDCi yield 130 and 160 hp (depending on the version) and the first 3.2 liter TDCi with 200 horsepower. The movement is transmitted to the rear or permanently to all four wheels through a manual or 6-speed automatic transmissions. At the highest point of the extent is the Wildtrak version, equipped with Pride Orange color and full of comfort and safety equipment.
Besides the above, the interior of the new Ranger gives the driver a feeling of luxury and comfort. Certainly not missing and significant trim level, which includes the 8-inch touch screen and a new instrument panel with the two-color digital display. There are also technologies such as Lane Keeping Alert and Lane Keeping Aid, Adaptive Cruise Control with Forward Alert, Traffic Sign Recognition, Front & Rear Park Assist, Rear View Camera, and Electronic Stability Control with vehicle and trailer stability control.
The values of the new Ford Ranger range start from 21 850 euros to issue Regular Cab 4x2 with the first Wildtrak start from 36 810 euros.
